Client Feedback

Real feedback from clients who valued clear explanations, practical rehab and effective hands-on treatment.

★★★★★

"Went to see Bobby in Albany for an upper back issue requiring dry needle. He's a great physio, clearly explained a treatment plan and resolved a painful issue super quick in just a few visits. Gave me a solid exercise plan to prevent a repeat and fixed me up with a resistance band. Highly recommended!"

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our mobile physiotherapy service

How does mobile physiotherapy work? ▼
I bring all necessary equipment (including treatment table) to your location of choice - home, office, or gym. Sessions typically last 30-90 minutes and include assessment, treatment, and exercise prescription. All you need is a comfortable space for treatment.
Do you accept ACC claims? ▼
Yes! I'm a registered ACC provider. For injury-related treatment, ACC covers most of the cost. You'll pay a small co-payment per session. I can help you lodge your ACC claim if needed.
What are your fees? ▼
Initial assessment: $120 | Follow-up sessions: $120 | ACC co-payment: $50. Mobile service fee may apply for locations outside the main service area.
How do I book an appointment? ▼
You can book online through our contact form, call/text 021 028 26502, or email directly. I aim to respond within 24 hours and offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends.
Do I need a referral? ▼
No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist in New Zealand. You can book directly. However, if you have a referral from your GP or specialist, please bring it to your first appointment.
What should I prepare for my first session? ▼
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Have any medical reports, scans, or referrals ready. Prepare a space where you can lie down comfortably if needed.
